Project Finished: Do As Infinity Discography

Minna-san, I present to you Do As Infinty's complete discography. ^_^
Since they're officially disbanded as of September 30, 2005 (I can't
believe it's happened already ;_;)... this is kind of a tribute to the
greatness that is DAI. Had a burning motivation to finish this project
the moment I heard they were soon going to part ways.

Files
won't expire unless no one downloads 'em for 30 days. All of these are
compressed as .rar files, except for most of the stuff in the Extras
section. Singles and albums are ripped at 192 kbps and above/VBR. Do
hover on the covers for interesting notes, comments, and random facts.

Tangerine Dream. DAI's 1st ever single. *remembers the time when Ban-chan and company would perform on the streets.* They sure have come a long way since then. T-T

Heart. Heart was actually written before Tangerine Dream, but was mixed together in July due to the complicated drum samples. Ban-chan sang Heart as a band member 42 hours after the Avex people read her application.

Yesterday & Today. You can hear Ban-chan singing Yesterday & Today in the background in certain areas of Tsurezure Naru Mama ni, another DAI song which Ryo-kun sang.

Rumble Fish. Rumble Fish was used as a theme song for a live-action series called Kamen Gakuen. ^^

We Are. This was written at Christmas time (and used in a cosmetics commercial). So the 'holy light' and 'silent nights' parts are also an allusion to Christmas and the song 'Silent Night.' The cover for this single was shot in Taiwan.

Desire. Ban-chan sang Desire at her first ever live TV performance at Music Station in 2001. This is turn made the band more famous. ^_^

Tooku Made. My favorite DAI song! This can also be found on the Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust OST, which totally kicks ass, BTW. The movie, too! :)

Week! This is quite a feel-good song. It just makes me wanna bop along with it everytime. ^_^ Week! is used in a J-dorama called Yome wa Mitsuboshi which was aired in TBS.

Fukai Mori. I think this is my favorite single cover, although Ban-chan doesn't look like herself here. ^^; Fukai Mori is used as Inu Yasha's 2nd ending song. Probably one of their more well-known songs.

Shinjitsu no Uta. The inspiration for this song came from their trip to Taiwan. They met an Er Hu player here, whom they asked to accompany them for live performances of the song.

Mahou no Kotoba ~Would You Marry Me?~ DAI performed this at an open air wedding in Yokohama. The wedded couple was clearly moved by DAI's gesture! I want them to perform at my wedding, too~! X3

Need Your Love. Ban-chan & Ryo-kun were really the ones who painted that heart graffiti thingie. ^_^ Cool, ne~? The inlay of the album shows the almost step-by-step process of them finishing the artwork, with a little help from Ryo's cute dog. :)

see lots of people have been making tributes to DAI, too~ It's touching
to know that their music will live on... even if they've already
disbanded. ;_;
